Precision Health Partners goal is to become a trusted partner of the physician community by providing access to innovative clinical and diagnostic services to select and target specific patient treatments to improve patient outcomes. Through these collaborative efforts, Precision Health Partners is helping clinicians transform the way they can treat diseases.

Where do i pickup my Packet?
Running bib and t-shirt can be picked up on Thursday, September 20th at the registration boot throughout the conference day.
5K T-Shirt and medal
This years race shirt will be a moisture controlled/air dry shirt. If you wish to pick your t-shirt up at package pickup, make sure to register by Friday, August 24th.

About HHP
Mission Statement: A safe place to promote the healing journey for grieving children, families and individuals.
The Hope & Healing Place is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization funded by contributions, memorials, grants and special events like our half marathon/memory walk and The BIG Cheese. This allows support groups to be provided at NO CHARGE to our children and families.
The services we offer are summarized below:
- Generations Family Program – A grief support program for families that have experienced a death that provides support and healing for school-aged children and adults. There are two program cycles annually, one begin in the Falls and and the other in the Spring. Each cycle is 8 sessions long, sessions are held every other week on Tuesday evenings. Dinner is provided.
- Heartprints – A support group for parents who have experienced infant loss due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or death of a child newborn to two years.
- Hope Camp – A week long summer camp for children going into Kindergarten through 6th grad that have experienced a death.
- SOS Survivors of Suicide – A grief support group for families who have lost a loved one to suicide. A six session program focusing on emotions associated with suicide.
- La Esperanza – A Spanish speaking version of our Generations Family Program
- Our Children’s Blessings – created to provide help during a family’s time of need after the loss of an infant, both financially and emotionally.
